Automate the Work, Not the Thinking: Why Disaster Recovery Comes First.

A real incident: reducing storage across a 142-server fleet, an automation script that skipped one critical step, and the ~700GB of production data that paid the price. Automate the work, never automate the thinking.

Community

I founded and run a local Meetup community for learners, builders, creators, and professionals passionate about cloud computing, DevOps, AI, cybersecurity, music, and personal growth. The goal is simple: bring curious minds together to learn, share knowledge, collaborate on projects, prepare for certifications, and build real connections, whether you're a beginner, an experienced engineer, an artist, or just someone who wants to meet like-minded people in Luton.

The group runs workshops, study sessions, social events, and discussions that go beyond tech alone. Non-technical members are just as welcome as engineers. I'm also in the process of applying for official AWS User Group Luton status, bringing structured, all-levels (100/200/300) AWS content to the local area.
